ROWCO teaches children about Rows and Columns (hence the name) and adding, subtracting and negative numbers.
ROWCO(Rows and Columns) is a strategy game played between pairs of students. Players are either the Row player or the Column player and they scan their row or column to determine the best move. Players adding and subtract numbers and are exposed to negative numbers while using reasoning to maximise their score.
Strategy is important; at times students may need to sacrifice a card in order to improve their overall chances of picking up a card of higher value.
For Years 3 to 9.
